Upon checking out, you will be given your order number. At this point, the order is not confirmed yet as we need to first run security and finance checks.
Once your order is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by you. The email contains:
– Your order number
– The order amount
– The number of item(s) ordered
– Your billing and delivery addresses
Placed your order but realise you need to make some amendments to your order details?
Unfortunately, the following changes are no longer possible once you have completed checkout.
– Payment methods
– Voucher or Promo Code application
– Change of mind (colour, size, type)
Made a mistake or want to have a change of address? If it’s within the hour from order placement, please contact our friendly customer service at +65 6316 1155 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we might be able to tweak your order for you.
If more than two hours have passed, chances are that your order might have already been packed and shipped. In that case, we will not be able to make any changes.
For Express Delivery (next-day)
Call us at +65 316 1155 or email us at email@example.com by 4pm, a day before the expected delivery date. Our friendly customer service will do their best to accommodate your request and ensure your next working day delivery!
For future reference, if you want to change your delivery address or send a surprise gift to a friend’s address, you may follow these easy steps:
- Go to ‘My Account’ > ‘Account Information’.
- Under Billing/Shipping addresses, you can either click on EDIT or ADD/REMOVE Addresses to change your address. Be sure to tick the correct address that you want your parcel to be delivered to.
If your order has yet to be shipped and you have changed your mind, follow these simple steps to request for an order cancellation!
– Go to ‘My Account’ > Current Order and Tracking’ > find your order and click on ‘View/Edit order’
– Next, click on ‘Cancel Items’ and check the ‘Select All’ box before submitting your request by clicking on ‘Cancel Selected Items’.
Unfortunately, if you have received an email saying that your “Order is On Its Way”, we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation requests. Your package would have been handed over to the assigned delivery partner and we will not be able to make amendments.
Your order has been confirmed but you received an Out of Stock / SMS notification? We are sorry to inform you that this can indeed happen.
We perform stringent quality checks and if your item is the last piece available that failed our checks, we will cancel and refund (for pre-paid) the item even if your order was confirmed. You will then receive the email notification / SMS upon cancellation. Unfortunately, at this point in time, we do not usually replenish our stocks once they are sold out. So grab them when you see them!

Go to ‘My Account’ > Current Order and Tracking’ > find your order and click on ‘Track Order’
You will then be directed to the Order Tracking page. Simply key in your order number. If your package has been shipped, there would be a live tracking link where you can access detailed information about your order status.
In the process of delivering your item to you, your package goes through a series of stages. Here’s a quick guide to easily decode the delivery statuses you see when tracking your order.
