Returns Terms & Conditions
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
– The product has to be defective to be eligible for a return.
– If the product isn’t deemed defective, it will be sent back to the customer. (Shipping costs for sending back will fall on customer)
What constitutes as defective?
– When the product is ripped or torn.
– When the product is stained
– Where the product does not correspond with their description
– Where the product is not of a satisfactory quality; or
– Where the product is not fit for any purpose communicated to the seller before the point of purchase.
Can I exchange a product for reasons change of mind, sizing, color?
– Within 7 days with tags on and unworn.
– Exchange MUST be done in any of our retail stores.
– To be eligible for exchange, online invoice must be presented and stocks are available in store.
– If item is not available in store, no REFUND is allowed. Subsequently customer may choose other items of same value. If exchange item is of lower value than the original item purchased, NO REFUND will be given for the balance amount.
– If exchange item is of higher value than the original item purchased, customer must top-up the balance amount.
How do I return my order in the case of defective?
– Fill in the return form
– We will arrange for a pickup based on the date you provided in return form
– Shipping cost for pickup of defective item will be borne by DOT
How long do I have to wait for returns/refunds?
– As soon as the product(s) have reached our headquarters, our team will examine it swiftly and determine if it’s eligible for a return/refund. Once it is approved we will refund the amount to you. (PAYPAL refund process takes up to 7 business days)

– To place an order, you must create an account with us.
– Alternatively, you may check out and make purchase as a GUEST
– The information you entered with your account must hold to be accurate and true.
– It is also your duty to keep your information updated by using the relevant sections of the website.
After submitting an order, you will be taken to another site to make your payment.
– *Enter details about SSL encryption and safety to put customer’s heart at ease.
– After the payment is successful, an email containing your order confirmation will be sent.
– Please note that the order is only confirmed and has not shipped out yet.
– Another email containing the shipment of your item will be emailed to you separately.
Price and Payment
We make sure that all details shown on the website are accurate and true. If any mistakes are found, we will notify you on reconfirming your order as soon as possible with the correct price or the option to cancel it.
Prices given are inclusive of GST and will be in Singapore Dollars. Shipping costs will be included in the ‘Final Total’.
Payment is done through PayPal, Wirecard and ONECASH
Payment options such as Visa, Mastercard, and Amex will be available within PayPal
Do you accept payment vouchers?
When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged for your order as soon as it clears with our payment system.
Where do you ship to?
– We ship to Singapore island wide.
How much is shipping?
– If your purchase is below $40, it will be $4.50 (1 – 3 days delivery)
– If your purchase is above $40, it will be $2.50 (1 – 3 days delivery)
Can I change the shipping address?
– You may change your shipping address before your order ships out.
– If the item has already shipped, the address may not be changed.
– If you want to change the address after the order is confirmed (not yet shipped), you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to amend your delivery address.
Are there anymore extra charges?
– No. The final total amount that you see at the checkout page is what you will pay and the amount that will be deducted from your account.
How long does shipping normally take?
– Our shipping options are:
– Regular (1 – 3 Days)
– Expedited (Next Day) +$1.00 (e.g. Your order is below $40, your shipping cost will be $4.50 + $1 (express fee)
What couriers do you use for shipping?
Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
Can someone else sign for my delivery?
– Yes? A signature at the address will prove enough to be proof of delivery.
– What if no one is at home when the delivery is made?
– Depends on our delivery partner?
– If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the (delivery partner) will try again. After the second failed delivery attempt, the customer will have to arrange to pick up the package from the delivery partner’s warehouse.
– If the item is not picked up, we will take back the item and contact you for further information.
How do I know my item has been dispatched?
– You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with the tracking information in it.
How will I know that my order was successful?
– You will receive a confirmation order stating that it is being processed. Furthermore, you will receive another email containing the dispatch and tracking information.
Is it safe to order online?
– Yes. We use the industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Sensitive information such as your name, address, and card details are encoded so that it can only be read on our secure server. The information is then authenticated so that it reaches to the secure server. It is also checked to make sure that it has not been tampered during the information transfer.
– Security checks are made by our payment partner WorldPay during payment to ensure the authenticity of each payment.
Are all of your products authentic?
– Yes, we are licensed distributors for all our products. They are 100% authentic.
Do you have more sizes available?
– There may be times where we may have more sizes for sale online and the database hasn’t been updated yet. If you do not find your size, you may call any of our DOT stores and ask if the store carries any.
If the size is available at the store, can I make a delivery order from there?
– Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to do so yet. However, you are more than welcome to reserve your item (we hold it for 3 days), and you may purchase it in person.
– As for the delivery, you may only purchase the items in their sizes and colors listed on the website.
– In our product descriptions, we have added as much information as we can to give you the clearest sense of the sizing of each item. Do note that manufacturers differ in their apparel and footwear. We know that getting the most accurate fitting is of utmost priority.
– If you are still unsure of the fitting, you may pop by at any of our 4 stores located across Singapore and our friendly staff members will help you find you the size you need.
Can I get more information on a product?
– We try our best to put all the available information about a certain product in the description. However, if you are still unsatisfied with the information presented, you may contact our customer support representative.
How will I know when new stock has arrived?
– As registered members of our mailing list, we will send out emails to you on all things regarding promotions and new arrivals.
