SHIPPING FEES

At DOT, we keep our shipping fees to a minimum so that you can have an ease of mind while shopping. If you spend above a certain amount, we will even deduct some of the shipping costs for you! We will be partnering with Ninja Van for our deliveries.

DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to deliver your items in the fastest time possible! As an item may be sourced from different places, delivery times may vary.

But if you’re in a hurry, opt for our EXPRESS (next working day) DELIVERY instead (Cutoff time is 12PM)

NO DELIVERY ZONES

We aim to deliver to as many places as possible as we believe everyone deserves access to our products. However, due to restrictions and limitations (placed by certain institutions and organisations), we are sorry to share that we are not able to make deliveries to the following areas in Singapore:

Airline Road, Airport Cargo Road, Alps Avenue, Brani Terminal Avenue, Jurong Island, Kusu Island, Pulau Damar Laut, Pulau Busing, Pulau Tekong, Pulau Sakeng, Pulau Sebaruk, Pulau Ubin, Rifle Range, Seletar Aerospace, St Johns Island, Turf Club Avenue, West Camp Road.

If you work at the above locations, we strongly encourage you to set your shipping address to a location where our drivers can deliver to, such as your home address!

Missed Delivery

Missed a delivery? Our logistics partner, Ninja Van offers up to 2 re-delivery attempts for local delivery. Ninja Van will be in touch with you via SMS or Email to notify you to reschedule. Parcels will be redelivered up to 2 times.

On the morning of delivery, shoppers will receive an SMS notification to let them know that they should expect a delivery that day. Included in that SMS is a verification code.

If the shopper isn’t around when Ninja Van driver arrives, shopper can provide the driver with the verification code if they wish for the parcel to be left at a safe location (e.g. riser or shoerack).
